WASH in schools educational materials
WASH in schools educational materials include posters explaining the importance of sanitation and hygiene, hand-washing instruction posters, the WASH United Quiz and WASH United club membership cards.
The goal of WASH United’s WASH in schools activities is to:
- Educate children in a fun and playful way about the importance of safe drinking water, sanitation and hand-washing with soap using WASH United`s innovative football-based games and educational materials which ensure an active participation in the learning process.
- Facilitate life-saving behaviour change with regard to the use of toilets and hand-washing with soap and encourage children to share their new knowledge and behaviour with family and friends.
